Nice buck Tim. I worked with Tim for years and became ill which forced me into early retirement. Originally from the Adirondacks, I can no longer hunt, so the website is a great reminder for me, and keeps me tied to the North Country. Keep up the good work and Tim, stay safe brother.

I've followed you guys for years and enjoy seeing your successes. From what I've heard buck take was down in the Adirondacks. I've listened and read what the so called experts and book writers state about no snow or bad snow and low numbers. It didn't seem to effect you guys killing the bucks not only on bare ground. You guys are hands down above the rest. You guys do it in the mountains not in tree stands or glorified Ohio hunts or guided hunts. Hats off to your family for a successful season. Good luck in 2016.

Consistently killing Adirondack bucks is not an easy thing to do. The Salernos have proven over the yrs. that they know how to do it. Hats off to the hard work, dedication, and strength to do what most hunters can not. That is, take a mature ADK BUCK every yr. You guys make it look so easy as we all know it is far from easy.

I would like to thank all the Salernos for their support of me and my recovery from a terrible accident. You have no idea how much you encouraged me and continue to do so. I thank you all.

Congrats on a great season guys! It was definitely tough this year without any snow. We have a camp in Speculator and didn't see much action all season. I'm already looking forward to your pictures next year. Have a safe and healthy offseason.

Hello, thanks to your son/brother/cousin, Tim, I was introduced to your family's website and followed your hunting adventures this season. I loved seeing the pictures of the massive bucks you all shot and enjoyed hearing some of the stories throughout this season. I appreciate your passion for hunting as I have been exposed to that life myself and I know how challenging and exciting it is for the dedicated hunters. It was especially touching the way you honored your brother/father/uncle, Paul Salerno Sr., through your website. He sounds like he was an incredible man and I'm most certain he would be proud of all the Salerno's that kept him in their hearts this season, as your family tradition continues to be an inspiration to all hunters. Good luck in season 2015!

So very sorry to hear of your Uncle Paul's passing, my sincere condolences to your family. May God grant all of you peace this hunting season.

Salerno Bros. comments:   Thanks Tony Greco! Uncle Paul started our tradition back in the 40's and created our unrelenting passion for deer hunting. Paul Salerno Sr., Fred Rowe, and Pat Salerno Sr. hunted the Adirondacks like no other, and did it well. We had the best whitetail hunters in the country passing on their knowledge to us. I thank them every hunting season! Thank you for your thoughts.

Very sorry to hear about Paul Sr. My regards to your family.

Salerno Bros. comments:   Thanks Joe for thinking about my uncle Paul Sr. He was the start of our hunting tradition after WWII. He was a hard core hunter who just wanted to put food on the table. I, personally, live in So. CA and travel back to the ADK's every hunting season. My cousins and brother have lived in Port Henry their whole lives. We hunt every day of the rifle season. If you have any questions please send; we love to talk about hunting. Also, check out our Facebook page:
